SENATE BILL 127 By: Lerblance AS INTRODUCED An Act relating to hydropower; creating the Task Force on Oklahoma Hydropower; stating purpose; stating duties; stating membership; providing for certain meeting and election of officers; providing for staffing; authorizing task force to present certain recommendations; providing for certain travel reimbursement; providing for noncodification; and declaring an emergency.	HOUSE BILL 1047: By: Cannaday AS INTRODUCED An Act relating to waters and water rights; amending 82 O.S. 2001, Section 1085.1, as amended by Section 24, Chapter 375, O.S.L. 2002 (82 O.S. Supp. 2006, Section 1085.1), which relates to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board; increasing membership of the Board; specifying qualifications for one member of the Board; and providing an effective date.

Supp. 2006, Section 1085.1), which relates to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board; increasing membership of the Board; specifying qualifications for two members of the Board; and providing an effective date. Supp. 2006, Section 1B), which relates to moratorium on certain water sales; updating statutory reference; prohibiting the Oklahoma Water Resources Board from issuing certain water permits in certain watershed area; stating conditions for termination of moratorium; and declaring an emergency.

Supp. 2006, Section 1B), which relates to moratorium on certain water sales; updating statutory reference; prohibiting the Oklahoma Water Resources Board from issuing certain water permits in certain watershed area; stating conditions for termination of moratorium; and declaring an emergency.
