OKLAHOMA CITY — A North Texas water district that has unsuccessfully tried to gain access to billions of gallons of southeastern Oklahoma water plans to step up its efforts to reach an agreement with state lawmakers that could produce millions of dollars in new revenue, water district officials said Friday.
